Director & Registered Nurse PGCert
Mary is the Director and the heart of Sydney Beauty. With over 10 years as an Aesthetic Nurse, she has refined her craft in cosmetic medicine to specialise in injectables and advanced skin treatments. Mary leads Sydney Beauty with a philosophy of enhancing natural beauty through subtle, refined results.

Marketing Director & Registered Nurse PGDip
Ramon is our highly skilled Registered Nurse with a Postgraduate Diploma and extensive experience in Emergency Nursing. He is currently completing his Master’s in Advanced Nursing Practice to become one of our very own Nurse Practitioners. At Sydney Beauty, Ramon applies his clinical expertise to the field of aesthetics, specialising in IV therapy to support wellness, energy, and glowing skin from within.

Originally from Italy, Veronica has dedicated nearly 2 decades to the beauty industry, working across Italy, Australia, and New Zealand. Her passion for skin and wellbeing began at a young age, inspired by her mother’s evening skincare rituals, and has grown into a lifelong vocation.
Veronica holds a 4-year qualification in Beauty Therapy along with advanced training in make-up artistry, massage, and pregnancy care. Since moving to New Zealand 7 years ago, she has expanded her practice to specialise in advanced facials, skin health, and pregnancy massage. As a qualified doula, she brings a unique depth of care to supporting women throughout their journey of motherhood.
