Terms & Conditions with our memberships

By subscribing to our membership plans you agree to be billed for the stated weekly amount via direct debit from your nominated payment method.

Our memberships are open term unless otherwise stated. You can cancel any time after the first month however memberships that include a setup service (i.e an initial set of lashes, initial facial or in-depth skin consult) that are terminated within the first 6 months will have the full value of that initial service added to the final payment.

Additional administration fees of $15 per transaction may be discretionarily charged in the event an automatic payment fails to process on time. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to failed payments due to lack of available funds, expired cards or suspended accounts.

All Sydney Beauty memberships are non-refundable and non transferable.
Sydney Beauty memberships are treated (internally) as customer account credits. This means that any membership payments that are unused for reasons such as temporary absences or differences in chosen service pricing can be used for other services, retail or gift vouchers. -
By purchasing a Sydney Beauty membership you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them for the duration of your membership

As above, our memberships are treated like account credit. If you wish to add or upgrade a service on the day of a visit you’re more than welcome to do so. You can use unspent credit or top up your balance as needed.
