Cancellation Policy
At Sydney Beauty, we value your time and ours. With the increasing demand for our services, last-minute changes and cancellations are highly disruptive. Please read our policy carefully before booking:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointment changes are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours will incur the full appointment fee, and credits will be revoked.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and another client is booked after you, we may not be able to complete the full treatment time. In this case, the full appointment fee still applies.
Makeup & Mascara: Please arrive with clean lashes and skin for lash or facial treatments. Arriving with mascara or makeup that requires removal will incur a $25 automatic removal fee.
Relashing: We do not relash work from other salons without prior assessment by one of our team.
